Refund policy

All press-on nails and linocut (Lino) prints are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

All other items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us within the 7-day return window. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
